Our Support Desk team are ready and waiting to resolve your I.T. issues via a remote connection from their PC to yours. A simple call or email and we will resolve your issue in the quickest time possible. Our online ticket system allows us to track your I.T. issues allowing trends to be seen and long-term problems resolved. Reactive and scheduled onsite support is also included in your monthly fee, as well as support with offices moves, new user set-ups and the installation and configuration of new computer hardware / software.
Initial Configuration
We start the process by conducting an audit of all computer equipment, from which you will receive an ‘Asset Register’ & ‘Network Map’. We then conduct the following works on all PC’s and laptops;

- Anti-Virus Software; installed, configured and virus removal as required

Furthermore, at any time during the I.T. Support Contract, offices moves, new user set-ups and the installation and configuration of new computer hardware / software (purchased from us) is included within your monthly fee.
