Like many of our customers, we’re following the news surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak very closely.

Red Dragon I.T. Ltd. are working strictly in accordance with the Government guidelines and the safety and well-being of our employees is paramount. We will continue to reassess and adjust these precautions as circumstances unfold.

As a supplier of critical communications infrastructure to many businesses, we wanted to keep our customers aware of what we’re doing to make our services as resilient as possible and give you useful advice on how to enable easy remote working – if you choose to do so.

What we are doing to keep our services up and running

All our staff are working remotely, and we are continuing to support all our customers to keep their business running as smoothly as possible. We ask for your understanding in that we will not be able to make site visits. We have already taken steps to ensure that our products, services and support remain functional. We have complex business continuity and disaster recovery plans in place which we have repeatedly tested for a variety of scenarios.

You should not notice a difference to the performance of the products and services we provide. We will continue to support you as valued customers throughout any business continuity and disaster recovery scenarios that may be presented.

How to configure your products to help you prepare for remote working

If you’re already a user of our VoIP services, whether 3CX or our other VoIP products, you’ll know that you can use them wherever you are, provided you have an internet connection and a compatible device, whether a handset, computer or mobile device. If you are a 3CX customer, you can download the app to your smartphone and a desktop app on your PC or laptop, meaning that no matter where you are, you are in the office and will never miss a call.

If you are required to self-isolate or your business decides to enforce remote working

Contact us and we can set you up with call divert, remote access, send & receive emails on your phone and explain how to set up 3CX on your smartphone/PC so you never miss a call.

Take care of yourselves and those in your community. While we might be distancing ourselves physically, we can still stay connected!
