Fudge Kitchen

Background: Fudge Kitchen has specialised in hand-crafted luxury fudge for over 35 years. With their shops spread across the UK in seven of the countries most loved tourist cities, Fudge Kitchen has required the support of Red Dragon IT both remotely and at its headquarters and production taking place in Kent.

Foundation: RDIT initially worked with Fudge Kitchen for database construction. Since then Red Dragon IT have installed 5 touchscreen workstations at Aylesham to utilise input data with regards to production. They now have the ability to update their systems with their own data.
